2010 – 2011 SEASON

Fall Concert: Crossing Boundaries, October 1st  and 2nd

A revival of our May 2009 concert, back by popular demand. This meaningful and timely performance weaves dance, live music, and theater to convey the challenges around borders: local, international, and personal. This concert features special guest artists including musician Pablo Peregrina and Latina Dance Project with local dancer Eva Tessler and LA artist Licia Perea.

No Frills Cheap Thrills, October 29th and 30th

A choreographer's showcase! A variety of performers from throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona share fresh and innovative works from serious to silly at all stages of the creative process—some for the first time. Performances on the ground and in the air are interspersed with the off-the-wall antics of ZUZI!'s lovable MCs.

Family & Friends "Informance", November 19th & 20th

The ZUZI! school invites the public to see the new movement skills and artistic development that the students have been working on and refining. This sharing gives us the opportunity to express ourselves and build community through dance.

13th Annual Winter Solstice Celebration: Best of ZUZI!, December 17th - 21st

A heart-felt performance of some of ZUZI's most popular dance pieces from the past thirteen years by the ZUZI! Dance Company, Apprentice Company, Youth Company, and a new piece by the Community Dance Workshop.
