Conditioning/Body Sculpting with Beth Braun

Sunday mornings from 10 till noon (ages 15+) Beth ( ZUZI Associate Director, Teacher, Choreographer and Professional Dancer) has developed this personal 2 hour workout over the years to sculpt and define muscles and improve her cardio-vascular fitness. She is now offering her personal workout to the public! This workout focuses on improving abdominal/core strength, sculpting and defining muscles of the upper and lower body and through fun, aerobic dance improving cardio-vascular fitness. Class ends with cool down and thorough stretching. Bring water, towel, running or cross-training shoes and yoga mat to class and be prepared to sweat and have a great time working out to a variety of lively and inspiring music.

Maitri Yoga

Maitri means unconditional friendliness: a friendliness we feel towards others because of our oneness with them, and also unconditional friendliness towards ourselves. Come and explore this connection with yourself and others through a wide variety of fun and challenging yoga asanas. Come to move, transform, and play! Yoga is a great way to open and soften ourselves into the experience of maitri, learn discipline by challenging the body and mind, and celebrate life by expanding your joy, your compassion, and your love!

Bring your own mat, or there are also mats for use at the studio. All expereince levels welcome.

Nia Dance Class

NIA DanceNia blends eclectic dance forms, martial arts and yoga for a dynamic and inspiring workout. Nia is movement medicine for body, mind and spirit. Prenatal and Postnatal Belly Dance Class

Are you looking for a fun way to keep fit during or after your pregnancy?  Come join Mireille and stretch, learn basic belly dance technique and have great fun putting basic steps together into a dance combination.  Increase your body awareness and connect to your baby.  Celebrate being a wonderful creator of life!  All levels welcome.

Mireille Nashimoto is a mother of four daughters.  She has trained in ballet, jazz, modern and middle eastern dance.  She has belly danced for 10 years and has performed with two professional belly dance troupes in California.  She has danced during her pregnancies and has found it very beneficial in maintaining physical fitness and flexibility during the prenatal months.


Lotus Moon Kids Yoga

Kids love to move! It is natural for them to learn using all of their senses. Yoga has the ability to increase creativity, thinking skills, self-confidence, body awareness, and a sense of community. Incorporating lively music, vocal sounds, and literature with yoga postures--the class is fun and physical.
