The following policies are to help promote health & safety for all our ZUZI! family!  Please read carefully and agree to the following text, including the policies and information provided to you in the link (below).  

All participants and spectators must provide proof of a complete COVID-19 vaccination.

When purchasing tickets online, a proof of vaccination is required.  If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to the link, with theater contact information, provided below.

Once you have purchased your ticket, please send a copy of your vaccination card(s) for each ticket holder to, no later than December 19 @ 6:00 PM.  Once this proof is received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail response.  A list of each patron providing this information within the required time-frame will be available for the House Manager at the show.  If a name is not on the list, that patron will not be allowed access into the theater.  If you will be sitting with other members of your household, please also indicate, in the email, the names of those in your party.  We need this information so that we can provide enough seats for everyone!
