This class provides dancers who have some experience, perspectives of modern dance as well as guide each dancer to develop strength, flexibility & inner connection.

It incorporates many dance genres, which include principles from Irene Dowd, Susan Klein, Bartenieff and Skinner Releasing techniques. This class expands into postmodern dance, improvisation and choreography. Contemporary dance uses body movements ranging from quick and spontaneous to slow and fluid. Class begins with a group warm up and then moves into different combinations across the floor, a short routine each week.
