About the Event
How we move through the day informs our movements in dance. When are we comfortable? When are we uncomfortable? What challenges us? Explore this relationship through directed movement experiences and journaling.
Workshop classes run Wednesdays from 10-11:30am at the sYnapse at Studio Y. July 8-July 29.
Suggested donation: $10 per class. No one will be denied participation due to lack of funds. All community members welcome.
