In this class we will use our dreams as a vehicle for movement.  The images, ideas, emotions and sensations we elicit through the dream world will guide us into this rich landscape.  The class will begin with relaxation and movement improvisation rituals rooted in Skinner Releasing principles of movement studies based in imagery.  We will then take some time to share our night time journeys with the group.  The rest of class will focus on solo study and practice guiding us into deeply excavating our movement sources through the lush thematic material of dreams.  Teacher information.
