COME IN. BE MOVED.
Program Spotlight
Lucid Movement encourages connection to and exploration of the inner self. Guided by the principles of somatic practices, this style focuses on the distinctive internal experience associated with movement. ZUZI! Dance aspires to help dancers and non-dancers alike connect with their internal selves while improving the well-being of the physical body. By connecting with the physical body, we can tap into a more profound sense of presence and awareness, allowing us to understand better and connect with ourselves and the world around us. Experience the unique chance to cultivate self-discovery, self-expression, and a deeper connection to the present moment with ZUZI!
